Let me begin this letter with a few simple statements of fact. First fact: NFL's catch-phrases are exemplary of the forces minorities must fight in their struggle to achieve equal footing with the rest of the community. Second fact: NFL's attempts to open the floodgates of obscurantism are just a game to it. Third fact: My vision is built on the future, not the past. These three facts bear repeating over and over again. They are simple and self-evident, but it is easy to forget them in the blizzard of lies and obfuscation coming from NFL and its apple-polishers these days. The rest of this letter is focused exclusively on NFL, not because I harbor any ill-will towards it but because it and its helots are on a recruiting campaign, trying to convince everyone they meet to participate in forcing me to abandon all hope. Don't join that entourage; instead, remember the scriptures: "Thou shalt not follow a multitude to do evil." In short, NFL's baleful rodomontades have done much to generate alienation and withdrawal. I propose, therefore, that we respond by doing what we can to put an end to NFL's evildoing.
